Executive Advisory
Confidential 1-1 Advisory For Leaders Who Know Hidden Strain Is Touching More Than Work
For CEOs, founders and senior leaders who appear capable outwardly, but privately know the pressure may be affecting their peace, presence, family life, relationships and inner stability.
The work is confidential, non-clinical and framework-led. It helps surface what is really happening across the five spheres where hidden strain tends to live, leak and shape life.
These advisory options are designed to help you move from hidden pressure and widening cracks toward inner clarity, greater steadiness at home and more grounded leadership - through confidential, one-to-one support built around The Inner World Healing & Restoration Journey.
“His support was calm and thoughtful.”
“He helped me think clearly…”
What Kind Of Support Are You Looking For?
You may not have said these things out loud. But if any of them feel familiar, this comparison may help you recognise the level of support that fits where you are.

A one-off deep diagnostic engagement for leaders who need clear insight into what is really happening beneath the surface.
Best for: those who want an accurate, confidential interpretation of the strain they are carrying before deciding on further support.

IWFF-based interpretation across the five spheres;
Identification of the highest-pressure sphere;
Personalised insight into the most relevant hidden strain pattern;
A personalised Executive Inner World Assessment report;

30-Day Advisory Sprint
A focused 30-day engagement for leaders who know silence is no longer working and need structured support now.
Best for: those who need short-term stabilisation, clearer thinking and a private space to address strain before it worsens.
When the pressure is no longer theoretical, a short, focused intervention can make a significant difference.
The 30-Day Advisory Sprint provides structured, confidential support over four weeks to help you name what is happening, reduce the weight of carrying it alone and begin creating steadier patterns across your inner world, home life and leadership.
This is designed for leaders who need more than a one-off diagnostic, but are not yet ready to commit to a longer advisory journey.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Primarily CEOs, founders, managing directors, investors and senior leaders carrying significant responsibility, who appear capable outwardly but privately know something is not right.
You may still be performing well while hidden strain is beginning to touch your peace, your sleep, your marriage, your family, your decision-making or your leadership.
Others carrying equivalent responsibility are welcome too. You do not need a particular title. You need to recognise yourself in this.
-
No, and most people are not.
Many of the people this work is for are still leading, still providing and still functioning. The concern is usually that something underneath is becoming harder to carry, or is beginning to reach the people closest to them.
You do not need to wait for collapse. Speaking honestly earlier leaves more room to move.
-
Anything that is contributing to the strain you are carrying.
That may be work, your marriage, your family, your identity, your past, your sense of purpose, a grief you have never named, or a habit or behaviour you have never spoken about to anyone. It may be something you are ashamed of, or something you are afraid to say aloud.
Nothing has to be said before you are ready, and nothing has to be said at all.
There is no judgement here. I have been the man with something he could not say, including through five years of therapy. What I was most afraid to face did not destroy me when I finally brought it into the light. Carrying it alone had cost me far more.
-
Confidentiality is central to the advisory. What you bring is treated as private and is not discussed elsewhere.
There is one limit, and I would rather you knew it now than discovered it later. If something is shared that indicates a serious risk of harm to you or to another person, I am not able to keep that to myself. I would tell you, and I would help you find the right support.
These boundaries are set out in full in the safeguarding document you read and agree before any engagement begins.
-
No. The Executive Advisory is non-clinical. It is not therapy, counselling, psychiatric treatment or medical care.
It is a confidential advisory relationship, grounded in lived experience, careful one-to-one listening and the Inner World First Framework.
If something emerges that would be better supported clinically, or by another specialist, I will say so. I would rather help you find the right person than carry something I am not equipped to carry.
The advisory can also sit alongside therapy, counselling or other professional support. If you are already working with someone, that does not prevent us working together. Where it helps, we can talk about how the different kinds of support fit, so that nothing becomes confused.
-
No. I do not position this work as coaching.
Executive Advisory is a confidential, framework-led relationship. I bring lived experience, pattern recognition, careful listening, questions, reflection and the Inner World First Framework, to help you understand what may be happening beneath the surface.
I am not here to give you a performance programme, or to tell you how to run your business. The work begins with the person carrying the responsibility.
-
My Christian faith is foundational to my life and to how I understand healing and restoration, and the work I have created flows from it.
It is never imposed on anyone I work with. You do not need to share my faith, or hold any faith, to engage with the advisory.
Where faith matters to you personally and you want it to be part of our conversations, there is room for that too.
-
The Inner World First Framework, or IWFF, is the framework I created to make hidden strain understandable.
It looks across five connected spheres:
Inner World
Life History
Close Relationships
Work & Leadership
Public Image
What shows outwardly as stress, irritability, withdrawal, overwork or pressure often has deeper roots elsewhere. IWFF begins with the inner world and works outward, helping us see where strain is building, how the spheres are affecting one another, and where attention may be needed first.
The 90 day advisory journey is centered on the Inner World Healing & Restoration Journey.
-
It is a confidential 45-minute conversation with me. There is no charge and no obligation.
You do not need to prepare anything, and you do not need the right words.
We will talk about what has brought you to the conversation, what may be happening beneath the surface, and whether this is the right kind of support for you. If it is, I will recommend how we could work together and explain clearly what that would involve. If it is not, I will say so.
-
You do not need to decide before we speak.
The discovery call is where we understand together what you are carrying, what has already been tried, and what would genuinely help.
For most people carrying years of hidden strain, the 90-Day Inner World Advisory is where the deeper work happens, because it gives us time. For 7 years since life collapse I have experienced the importance of having someone alongside me while I was walking through my own healing journey.
The Executive Inner World Assessment and the 30-Day Advisory Sprint each serve a purpose, and I will tell you honestly which I believe fits. There is no obligation to proceed.
-
The first step is the discovery call, which can usually be arranged within days.
If we both believe there is a good fit, we will agree the right option and a starting date together. Where there is availability an engagement can begin promptly, but I do not rush the beginning simply to begin quickly.
-
Yes. Many people prefer to fund the advisory personally, particularly where the work touches matters they want kept entirely separate from their organisation.
If we agree after the discovery call that this is right for you, payment is arranged privately before the engagement begins.
-
Yes. An engagement can be funded personally or through your organisation.
If your company is funding the work, the content of our conversations is still not shared with your employer. Confidentiality remains as set out above, subject only to the one safeguarding limit.
If any reporting or agreed outcome is expected by your organisation, we would discuss that openly with you before anything begins. Nothing would be agreed behind you.
Why many leaders act late
The issue is not usually total unawareness. More often, it is the combination of responsibility, fear and silence.
Fear of exposure
You do not want to be reduced, judged or clinically labelled
Protecting what matters
You may be protecting your role, your reputation, your business or your family
Habit of carrying it alone
Silence can feel safer than disclosure - even when it is costing you peace
Belief that it will pass
Many leaders keep hoping the strain will ease on its own while the cracks continue widening
